Electric heating. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Shop 5.8 km, grocery 5.8 km, supermarket 5.8 km, restaurant 80 m, bus stop "Bus 490" 100 m, railway station "SBB CFF, Lugano", grass beach "San Domenico,Sentiero di Gandria" 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porlezza, Como, Milano, Lugano, Melide Swissminiatur, Cantine di Gandria, Schokoladen Fabrik, Caslano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Como.
