- Parking included in the rent (in summer: 50m in front of the house, in winter: 300m because of ski slope directly in front of the house).
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher.
- Open kitchen-living room. TV/Radio/WiFi.
- 2 double bedrooms, additional pull-out sofa for 1-2 persons in the living room.
