The "Chasa Guarda" still has the old room structure, centuries-old wooden floors and high thresholds. The wooden floors have been brushed, soaped and re-laid with great effort. Every plank was put back in its old place. The smell of Swiss stone pine has a calming effect and ensures a healthy, deep sleep.

Guarda is situated in a sunny and quiet location on a terrace around 1650 metres above sea level. It is beautiful here: In spring, the mountain anemones bloom, in summer there is sometimes a shimmering heat over the dry hay. In autumn, the birch trees turn fiery red and the first snow falls on the mountain peaks. And in winter, this snow lies on the meadows, it is wonderfully cold and the steel-blue Engadin sky invites you to go skiing, snowboarding and winter hiking. You never want to leave.
