Situated above the idyllic Heiden, our lovingly furnished holiday flat offers a dreamlike location with unobstructed views of Lake Constance, the charming Biedermeier village and the gently rolling hills of the Appenzellerland.

Inside, the modern and comfortably furnished 40 m² flat invites you to enjoy a pleasant stay. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living area with a corner sofa, which can also be used as a bed if required, as well as an HD TV. The sleeping area with two cosy single beds promises peaceful nights. The separate entrance and optimised room layout offer privacy and comfort for up to three people.

Outside, an exclusive experience of relaxation and well-being awaits you. Start your day with the morning sun on our cosy seating area and enjoy the peace and quiet in the private garden area with sunbathing lawn, biotope and garden barbecue. It is the ideal place to unwind after an eventful day.
