Description of the holiday rental
Central and functionally furnished 2.5 room flat (49 m²) in an multi-family house in Laax-Murschetg. The Laax cable cars are only a few metres away from the flat. Open-plan kitchen towards the living room with built-in cupboards. Hob with 3 hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa, 2 armchairs, club table, TV, wifi, 2 single beds (1 of which folds out) and small east-facing balcony facing the inner courtyard.
Bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe and access to the second north-facing balcony. Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub incl. shower and WC. Non-smoking flat. Laundry room with washing machine (coin-operated) and tumble dryer (coin-operated) available in the basement.
Sauna (coin-operated) available in the basement of the house. The flat is on the 2nd floor. Lift is available. Underground car park entrance 1.94 m high. Skis / snowboards / bikes etc. can be stored in the basement of the house.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and the final cleaning are included in the final price.
Neighbourhood: Small grocery store near the Laax cable cars, approx. 10 m away and Coop-Pronto petrol station approx. 500 m far away.
Public Transport: Bus stop in the direction of Flims, Chur, Laax, approx. 80 m far away.
