Description of the holiday rental
Very modern and high-quality furnished 3.5 room flat (75 m²) in an apartment block in Laax-Cons. Very spacious kitchen with built-in cupboards, electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table with 6 chairs.
Living room with 2 sofa beds, club table, work desk, fireplace, TV and wifi. The flat has 2 balconies.
1st bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and 2 night tables. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and night table. 1st bathroom with washbasin, bathtub incl. shower and WC. 2nd bathroom with washbasin, shower cabin and WC. The flat is on the 1st floor. Lift is not available.
Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. The fireplace may not be used. Skis / snowboards / sledges can be stored on the ground floor of the house. It is also possible to use the washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor (plug-in card).
Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and the final cleaning are included in the final price.
Small supermarket in Laax-Dorf, approx. 1,200 m and Coop Pronto petrol station approximately 850 m far away.
Bus stop in the direction to Laax cable cars (only in winter), approximately 200 metres far away. Bus stop in the direction to Flims, Chur and Laax-Dorf approximately 450 metres away.
