Description of the holiday rental
4.5 room flat (**+ / 120 m²) in an apartment block, close to the Laax mountain cable cars. Very generously and cosily furnished with lots of space. Kitchen open to dining room, ceramic hob with four hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Dining room with dining table and 6 chairs, cupboard, radio/CD and fireplace.
A staircase leads to the large, beautiful living room with 3 sofas, 2 armchairs, club table, Internet (Wifi), TV/DVD and video and a large bookshelf.
1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. 2nd bedroom with double bed 140/200 cm, 2 bunk beds and 1 chest of drawers. 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200 cm and 1 wardrobe.
Bathroom with washbasin, bath incl. shower and toilet on the first floor. The second bathroom with double washbasin, shower and separate toilet with washbasin on the second floor. 1 sunny south-facing balcony with magnificent views in a very quiet location.
The flat is on the 3rd floor. Lift is not available. An outside car park belongs to the flat.
