Chesa Contessa no. 58 is in La Punt on the Albula slope. A 2 ½ room - non-smoking - apartment on the ground floor with magnificent views. Final cleaning obligatory CHF 120.-
Entrance: wardrobe in Arve, Arventruhe, mirror.
Cosy living room: Arven kitchen, dining corner: Arven bench with Arven pull-out table and two Arven tables, radio TV, couch pull-out (two beds), sitting corner with salon table and upholstered chair, balcony door, panorama windows, fireplace.
One pine double bedroom: two beds, wardrobe, chair, mirror, sitting area.
Wet room: shower, washbasin, WC, bar radiator also for bath towels and towels.
Garden seating area with beautiful view
Parking lot no. 16 (pets not allowed). The apartment was renovated in 2019. Terrace new 2021.
Grocery shops (Volg/bakery) and restaurant are 500 m, bus stop and train station 400 m away...
