Large and bright living/diningroom, 3 little bedrooms, oil heating, kitchen an bathroom renovation in 2004, cellar (store room), covered terrace, coffee capsule machine (Migros) and filter coffee maker, HD-TV , Internet, simple fireside, small lawn/seating place in front of the house, 1-2 car parks The price includes electricity, water and garbage taxes.Final cleaning on demand (SFR 75.-) Shopping: in the village at 5min. walk. In winter season: family skilift and cross-country trail in Lauenen (15min. walk from the house, 4 min. drive by car, free parking at the skilift). 10min. drive to Gstaad. Various hiking possibilities from spring to autumn.
