Description of the holiday rental

There are 4 steps up to the house, which is divided as follows: 

Ground floor 

  • a large living room with a sitting area with 2 sofas and an armchair, a fireplace
  • dining area with table and 6 chairs with access to the balcony 
  • fully-equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, combined oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)
  • WC-shower
  • 1 bedroom with single bed

On the lower floor

  • a master bedroom with two beds and a study/reading area
  • a bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed
  • a bathroom (seated bath + shower) and WC

Outside area

  • balcony with outdoor furniture (table, chairs) and canvas, stairs to the garden
  • landscaped garden with two sun loungers, parasol and grill, with direct access to the lake

Further information

  • Houshold linen available
  • Baby equipment available on request 
  • parking spaces in front of the house
  • board games, books, etc. available
  • a bicycle
  • in summer: a paddle and a rowing boat are available free of charge

Lovely house, built in 1972, quiet location, 20 metres from the lake with direct access to it, 300 metres from the village of Le Pont. Le Pont train station 20 minutes' walk away
