Very nice flat, mostly renovated. American kitchen equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge. Large living room with fireplace, TV. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, the upper bed being a double bed. Two bathrooms: one with shower and WC, the other with bath and WC. South facing balcony, sunny all day. A garage space is included in the rental.
No smoking in the flat.
Pets are not allowed.
