On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 french beds (130 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the ski run, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Les Crosets 9 km from Val d'Illiez: Residence "Les Cimes", 1'720 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. In the resort, 100 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 10 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: table tennis. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Public car park at 500 m, extra. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 10 km. Skisport facilities 200 m, slopes 100 m. Please note: car recommended.
