The apartment features a private terrace, where guests can ease themselves into the holiday atmosphere, stretch their legs on the sofa and enjoy a drop of wine. Along with this, guests also enjoy private access to the garden on the lake.

Inside, the one-bedroom apartment has spacious and sun-lit interiors, enhanced by big glass windows and a door that leads out onto a balcony. The living area of the apartment has sofas, a coffee table, a large wall-mounted TV and a cosy dining table to provide you with a comfy and welcoming space to unwind. Additionally, an elegant kitchen corner equipped with all essential utilities makes a stay at this self-catered apartment completely carefree.

The apartment is located close to Lake Lugano, with the waterfront only a few steps away. A couple of restaurants are also nearly to facilitate an effortless stay.

For those looking for peace amidst nature, the area offers many hiking routes: the Sentiero dell’ Olivo, which is a 15-minutes drive from the apartment, is a charming lakeside route with stunning viewpoints and a path full of the greenery of olive trees. Also worth visiting is the water jet in the lake, perfect for a romantic evening by the waterfront. Lugano, which is home to a number of museums, parks and historic buildings, is also a 10-minutes drive from here. Meanwhile, the picturesque village of Gandria is just a little further along, located at a 15-minutes drive away.

The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately an hour-long drive from here.
