Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Residence "Sérandes", 1'800 m a.s.l.. 50 m from the centre of Les Collons, on the outskirts, 9 km from the centre of Vex, 18 km from the centre of Sion, 10 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces, extra). Shop 5 m, railway station "Sion" 18 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 5 km, chair lift 50 m, slopes 10 m. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Imalp SA in Les Collons. Additional accommodations can be booked.
