Description of the holiday rental

3 bedroom chalet (220 m2) for 2 to 6 people:
- 1 bedroom with double bed, television, ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi with built-in TV) and south-facing balcony. Dressing room
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin-beds and south-facing balcony
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- Bathroom with Italian style aromatherapy shower
- Large living room with fireplace, dining area, television, couch and internet access
- Fully fitted open plan kitchen: American fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and wine cellar
- Visitors' toilet in the entrance hall
- Basement SPA with heated swimming pool (27°) (width: 4,5m, length: 8,5m, depth: 1m30 and 2m), jacuzzi and steambath with shower, WC- washbasin
- South and north terraces
- Washing machine and dryer
- Garage and 2 outdoor parking spaces

Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 380.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
- Tourist Tax: CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 500.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
