Description of the holiday rental
Genéral
Apartment of 3 ½ pieces, 84.50m2 (max 4 people), south and west balcony of 50m2, in an apartment house built in chalet style, situated in the Centre of Leysin, close to the shops.
- Entry hall
- Bathroom with shower and WC, washing machine and dryer
- Open well-equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, set for fondue and raclette)
- South facing living room with balcony, dining corner, television (about 115 international channels), stereo and access to the balcony
- Balcony (50m2) with dining corner and deckchairs
- 1 south bedroom with access to the balcony, double bed 160x200cm
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 west bedroom with cubbyhole, double bed 160x200cm + 2 single mattresses
- 1 parking place in the garage Nr 9

- No-smoking apartment

Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 200.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
- Tourist Tax: CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
