Four minutes walk from Piazza Grande, two minutes walk from Lake Maggiore and 4 minutes walk from the lido. It is located a few hundred meters from the promenade that runs along the river Maggia, which accompanies it through a practical and relaxing bike path.
In 4 minutes by foot you can reach the Lido of Locarno, where there are green areas, sports facilities, tennis courts (1 min) and swimming pools with also an aquapark for children. In front of the house there is a minigolf to relax and enjoy your free time. The property is suitable for families with children and for those who want to enjoy a vacation of tranquility and fun.
