Large communal kitchen with oven, hobs and dishwasher in the house for shared use. This property does not have a kitchen. Comfortable, historical apartment block "BHMS Lakeside Campus", 5 storeys. In the centre, in a central, busy position, 200 m from the lake, on a main road. In the house: reception, WiFi, lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Breakfast and half board on request (extra). Motor access to the house. Public car park at 200 m. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bakery, café 100 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop "Löwenplatz" 100 m, railway station "Luzern" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km.
