Cosy 2½ room apartment in a quiet location with indoor pool and sauna in the house.
Location and general information: The Chesa Es-cha is located in the Fun¬tau¬na quarter in Madulain in a quiet, sunny location. The apartment is south facing. The train station is within walking distance from the house. A reserved garden belongs to the apartment. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Che¬sa Es-cha. The properties in the Funtauna Quarter are connected by a common exhibition hall. Together they operate a renovated indoor swimming pool and a sauna, which are available to all residents. The indoor pool is open during the day in the Sai¬son. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in the Chesa Es-cha has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a comfortable living/dining room with balcony and a separate kitchen. The living/dining room with fireplace is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a large dining table for four people. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet.
Facilities: The apartment has been partially renovated. In the living room the carpet was replaced by laminate, the floor in the bedroom is covered with fitted carpet. In the bathroom and in the kitchen ceramic tiles were installed. In the kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob with steam extraction, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. All built-in kitchen appliances were replaced in 2018. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom-TV and free W-Lan.
A cosy, sunny apartment for those seeking peace and quiet and for swimmers!
