• a comfortable open-space kitchen well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, electric hotplates, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment and coffee powder machine
  (fondue, chinoise, raclette sets are available on request)
• a comfortable living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a single bed, ideal to accommodate a fifth person
• The comfortable and complete functional bathroom (with bidet) can have either a bathtub or shower
• The warm and cosy bedroom has two single beds
• (flat no. 17 has a north-facing balcony overlooking the narrow street and the surrounding area of typical Engadin houses. Flat no. 12, on the other hand, has no balcony)
• A wooden staircase leads up to the attic room with a bed and a small, enclosed single bedroom with another single bed.

On the doorstep there are several paths for magnificent walks, bike rides or cross-country skiing. The lifts of the beautiful Engadin ski slopes are just a few kilometres away. The Residence has a small sauna for a warm pampering after a cold sports day.  A covered parking space in the garage is available for each flat. The communal laundry room is available to guests with washing machines, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The Residence also has a common room for storing skis and boots.
