Description of the holiday rental
This holiday flat is located on the upper floor of a 2-family holiday home.
The flat has a large living/dining room with an open fireplace and access to the terrace with views of Lake Maggiore, Minusio, Ascona, Locarno, the Magadino plain and Italy.

The flat is temporarily used by the owners and is therefore fully equipped.

Due to its hillside location, the flat has a wonderful panoramic view from the Magadino plain to Italy. In summer, the sun shines here until late in the evening. Only a few minutes by car to Locarno and Ascona.
5 minutes by car to the bakery, grocery shop and various restaurants.
15 minutes by car to the COOP shopping centre in Tenero.
