The sunlit holiday apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and TV. From the living room with an open kitchen and large dining table, you can access two different terraces facing north and south, offering impressive views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms also offer unique mountain views and each have a double bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower. The apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer. A garage parking space with an electric charging station, a ski room with a private ski rack, and a boot heater are part of the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
The apartment stands out for its brightness and wonderful views from both sides of the apartment and both terraces. The warm wooden floor extends throughout the entire apartment.
The apartment is located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood in Maloja. It provides a great starting point for long walks and is ideally situated for participation in the Engadin Ski Marathon. Within a few minutes, you can reach a small village shop, a sports shop, and restaurants.
