Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. NL-00003913 Dandrio 13 km from Malvaglia: Note: Power is supplied by a solar panel and generator. Stove and fridge are gas-operated. Wood boiler. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. Note: Mountain road 13 km from Malvaglia real time 25 minutes. The use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley has become subject to a fee as follows: CHF 5.00/day CHF 10.00/week CHF 20.00/month. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Mercati di Bellinzona, sabato, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Negrentino, Archivio Doneta, Locarno, Ascona, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Val Malvaglia, Valle di Blenio, Campo Blenio, Greina, Lucomagno. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request (extra).
