You would like to go for walks directly from the house or visit a nearby grotto, or dive into the holiday hustle and bustle of Locarno by car (1/4 hour) and gratefully return to your place of peace. Location description: The rustico was built in 1756 and used as a goat stable and vineyard. The basic structure (thick walls, exposed beams, granite stone slab roof) was extensively renovated in 2019 and the traditional vine culture with pergola vines is cultivated here and in the surrounding area.individual scattered houses.
