On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars), in winter at 500 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Very beautiful chalet "Etoile", 3 storeys. In the district of Les Clèves, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Nendaz sur les pistes, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: hot tub. Available: sledges for children. Motor access to the house, except in winter 500 m (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at 500 m. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1.9 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1.8 km, railway station "Sion" 18.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km.
