Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso)). Bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Beautiful view of the ski run. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Residence "Mont-Fort". In a quiet position, 10 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden, pond. Tennis (15.Jun. - 01.Sep.), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m. Public parking 300 m extra. Restaurant 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 100 m.
