You are in the Pracondu residence which enjoys a privileged location next to the Tracouet cable car and the ski slopes, close to the lively resort of Nendaz and to shops and restaurants. The residence consists of 2 comfortable buildings with a lift and most have a beautiful view of the mountains or the ski slope.

You park outside for free (maximum one car per apartment) depending on availability. There is the possibility of renting indoor parking spaces against payment of a supplement and subject to availability.
Don't want to burden yourself with your ski equipment? Drop it off for free in the ski room of the building.
Want to reconnect?Wifi is available in the apartments.
For your comfort, take advantage of the sauna in the reception building against payment.
