Our beautiful apartment (approx. 80m2) is located on the 2nd floor, right above our own apartment. (As of June 1st, the apartment/balcony will be newly furnished. We are in a quiet location in the child-friendly neighborhood.

The apartment has its own entrance and a generous, south-facing terrace (35 m2), with a wonderful view of the Glarus Alps. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and fridge, incl. freezer. The living room has a TV with internet access, Netflix. A washing machine and tumbler are located in the basement of the house and can be used at any time. You can park your car/bike in the carport. We have an electric charging station for e-vehicles. 

The bus stop is approximately 3 min. walking distance. The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are approximately 5 min. by car. In our village there is a small shop with many regional products, but its opening hours may vary depending on holidays and public holidays. 

The beautiful Klöntalersee lake is reachable by car in about 10 min. For the hiking regions Elm/Braunwald you need about 20 min. by car/public transport.
