Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms: two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, one room with a double bed, and one room with two separate beds. A bedroom on the 1st floor with two separate beds as well as an enclosed gallery above the large soapstone stove with 4 mattresses. A child's cot is available. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. Four-meter-high living room with integrated functional kitchen without dishwasher. The heart of this room is a three-meter-high soapstone stove that is heated with wood. Free WLAN in the apartment. There is no TV. A stereo system, various games and many books are available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, oven and a raclette/fondue set, as well as a coffee capsule machine.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms: a bathroom with shower/WC is located on the ground floor. A bathroom with bath/WC is located on the 1st floor. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Miscellaneous:
Room with washing machine combined as a ski room. A glazed winter garden on the 1st floor with an original cozy seating area with direct access to the garden. Very spacious cloakroom in the entrance area.

The 5 1/2 room house is located in the idyllically situated hamlet of Tschappina, on the terrace Obersaxen above the Rhine.
The house is located alone on a large meadow, which offers relaxation as a garden.

The apartment comprises around 250 m2 on 2 1/2 floors. The large ski area with the main station Meierhof can be reached by sports bus or car in 5 minutes. Once on the piste, you can drive directly to the house through the forest. You can set off on snowshoes for several hours of touring directly from the house.

In summer, the area is suitable for hiking or biking. In winter, numerous pistes for skiing, cross-country ski trails and beautiful winter hiking trails are available.

Two uncovered parking spaces belong to the house. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking in the house is prohibited.
