The living area has a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a soapstone stove. Board games for adults and children are available. For the little ones, there's a play corner with dolls and cuddly toys. WiFi available.

Kitchen with corner bench. Fondue and raclette set, espresso machine, toaster, mixer and kettle are available. Kitchen linen is to be brought by the tenant.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is located on the 1st floor. Bathroom linen is to be brought by the tenant.
The Chützehüs is built in the Valser style. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with a balcony on the south side. 2 parking spaces are available. In the summer, a large terrace can be used. The free ski bus stops 50 meters from the house. The village shop is within a 5-minute walk. A good restaurant in Affeier is "Schmiede".
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
