The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house in Misanenga in an excellent location. The ski room is located in the basement of the house. From the apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view of the opposite mountain range.

Shopping facilities in Affeier or Meierhof or in the nearby Ilanz.

In winter, the ski day can start right in front of the house. After a short descent you reach the Chummenbühl ski lift, where the ski school is also located. In the immediate vicinity is the valley station Misanenga at the Rufalipark. In the evening you can drive up to 100 m in front of the house.
The park also offers a small ice field for ice skating.

In summer, the nearby Rufalipark, which is accessible on foot in 5 minutes, offers a lot of variety with a bathing lake, beach volleyball, football and children's playground as well as tennis courts and barbecue areas, restaurant and kiosk.
