Bedrooms:
Four bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. One bedroom with a double bed, a cot and running water. One bedroom with two beds and one room with a single bed. All rooms have a wardrobe or dresser. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The living room features a large dining table with corner bench and 4 chairs. A two-piece upholstered suite, a club table, two armchairs, a TV (satellite reception) and a radio.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a raclette oven and a fondue set, plus a table with 4 chairs. Kitchen linen available on request.

Bathrooms:
Three bathrooms: two bathrooms have a shower, WC and washbasin, the third bathroom has a WC, washbasin and washing machine. Towels available on request for a surcharge.

Interior:
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and was partially renovated in 2018, including new bathrooms.

The 5½-room holiday apartment (100m²) is located in a beautiful two-family house (half of the house). The house is situated in Misanenga in a beautiful location, with views of the scenic Obersaxen mountains and just a few minutes from the Untermatt chairlift. There are two parking spaces next to the house. The basement has a storage room where skis, sledges, bicycles, etc. can be kept. There is a lovely sunny seating area.

You can reach the Rufalipark in just a few steps. In winter, it features an ice rink, in summer a lake for swimming, a tennis court, playground, campfire site and indoor games available all year round.

Pets allowed on request. Non-smoking property. Not wheelchair accessible. Official classification: 3 stars.
