Description of the holiday rental
Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, a spacious bedroom with a French bed. 2 comfortable bedrooms with two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes or racks. Bed linen available.
Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The cozy living room has a sofa and a cozy armchair. Balcony with morning sun. WLAN throughout the apartment (free).
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well equipped and has a cooker with oven, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a Raclette oven and a Fondue Caquelon. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, a double washbasin and WC. Towels available.
The 4-room apartment is located in a multi-family house with 2 apartments on the top floor.
The house is located in Obersaxen Affeier in a beautiful location with a view of the Obersaxer Bergwelt, near the postbus stop as well as the village shop and bakery.
From the balcony you have a beautiful panoramic view into the magnificent mountain landscape of Obersaxen Mundaun.
Distance to the valley station of the mountain railways: three minutes by car, two minutes on foot to the sport bus stop.
Parking space is available and included. Pets on request. Non-smoking accommodation.
