This charming holiday flat on the Oberbergstrasse in Parpan offers you an idyllic location in the midst of a breathtaking mountain landscape. The 4.5 room flat is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 7 people, ideal for 4 adults and 3 children. There are three cosy bedrooms, two of them with comfortable double beds and one with a three-storey bunk bed, which is particularly popular with children. The bathroom is clad in natural stone tiles and has a shower and a bathtub. Separate to this bathroom is another WC in the flat.
The open-plan living and kitchen area is flooded with light and invites you to cook and relax together. The fireplace provides cosy warmth and a pleasant atmosphere for cosy evenings. From here you can also access the large balcony, from where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
The flat has a garage parking space as well as its own ski and bike cellar, which offers you plenty of space for your equipment.
