Bath/shower/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture, barbecue, conservatory. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Peist 13 km from Arosa: Cosy, rustic chalet "Casa Peist", 1'350 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property, garden, meadow. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at the house.
