Maisonette 4-room apartment on the 1st floor, entrance hall with cloakroom. Open-plan kitchen with fridge, hob, oven and dishwasher. Living room with dining area, TV, fireplace and access to the balcony with beautiful mountain views. One double bedroom with balcony and stairs to the meadow with garden seating area (garden furniture available). Bathroom with shower, WC, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. One bedroom with two bunk beds. On the upper floor a second double bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and sink. Two parking spaces in the garage (height 200cm, width 280cm). Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Charrers is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Pontresina. The cross-country ski run is in the immediate vicinity and the valley station Punt Muragl is about 1km away. The nearest bus stop is about 550m away.
