PONTRESINA: 3 1/2 room apartment (80m2 for 4 persons) resp. 2 1/2 room apartment (67m2 for 2 persons) on elevated ground-floor, for highest expectations, in the very attractive Engadine style house "Ches'Ota" with a big garden, dominantly situated in a very quiet and sunny dream position with breathtaking views and exclusive surroundings.
Private terrace with very comfortable garden furniture, big sun-umbrella and el. PLANCHA-grill.
Very luxuriously equipped. Furnishing and decoration in the antique Engadine style, fireplace. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, microwave, coffee-machine.
2 double-bedrooms: 4 beds 2 m long (Baby's cot on request) and 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub/shower, 1 with shower), 2 HD digital flat screen TV with satellite and Swisscom TV reception, DVD, VDSL Internet access (WLAN), 2 radios, 2 telephones, 2 garage places. Laundry room on the floor and bike-/ski-room in the house. Near shops, bus stops and walking tracks. Non smokers only. Pets are not allowed.
Particularities:
- Is also offered as 2 1/2 room apartment for 1-2 persons (with only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom at disposal) with price reduction of CHF 30.00/day.
- Weekly rentals of only 5 to 6 days can in exceptional cases be agreed to. For X'mas and New year rentals must be for min. 2 weeks and during high seasons rentals for min. 2 weeks get preference.
Bike-friendly.
