Beautiful holiday house in a quiet location in sunny Pontresina. 5 minutes' walk from the traditional village center with various shopping facilities. The nearest bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away. Ideal starting point for hiking and biking in Pontresina and the Engadin. In summer the Alp Languard chairlift and in winter the T-bar lift with the children's ski area are very close by.
Cozy 4.5 room holiday apartment on the top floor with gallery. Bright living- /dining room with large balcony with a wonderful view of Pontresina and the mountains of the Upper Engadine. Closed kitchen with serving hatch. Fireplace. 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower/WC. 1 bedroom with a single bed. Bathroom with bath/shower/WC. Gallery with cozy sofa corner. 2 garage spaces.
