The house is situated at 1800 m a.s.l. in a quiet location above Poschiavo from where it is easily accessible in 20 minutes by car. The house has a large terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. Bikes can be parked in the stable. Ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The kitchen/dining room and the bathroom were completely renovated in 2018. In 2020 the terrace was enlarged.
