Set beneath the glorious Ticenese sunshine and complemented by desirable outdoor amenities, Palazzo dei Ulivi is the ideal getaway to enjoy a quick break with your loved one or family. The exteriors of the condominium complex feature the perfect combination of shaded and sunny areas where you can enjoy open-air dining with a good drop of wine. The complex also has a large, shared garden to take evening strolls or relax with a good book under the shade of trees. A swimming pool (also shared) with a wooden deck equipped with sun loungers is also at guests’ disposal and completes a very fulfilling and well-rounded vacation here.

The holiday studio is located on the second floor and features one bedroom, one bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette for a carefree self-catered stay for up to 3 guests. Kitchen utilities include an induction hob, coffee machine, oven, fridge and electric kettle.

The bedroom of the studio is very elegant and features wood floors, a wall-mounted flat-screen SAT TV, free Wi-Fi and direct access to a romantic balcony. On the balcony, you can enjoy pure moments of peace with dreamy mountain views complementing your time here.

For added relaxation and social activities, there is a common and very charming living with sofas as well as a dining area with a large dining set up for guests!

Location

The holiday studio is located in the amazing Palazzo dei Ulivi, which is half an hour’s drive from the buzzing shores of Lake Lugano. There are many things to enjoy even outside the complex. So, if guests are coming for longer stays, then they won't be short of activities to do around here. At a 3-minutes drive, guests will find a shooting range; at 10-minutes, a golf course; and at a 12-minutes drive, they can enjoy a picnic and dipping in the natural lake Astona-See.

Hiking enthusiasts can head to the magnificent Monte Lema and San Salvatore, which are located half an hour’s drive away. Meanwhile, those with kids can visit Zoo-al Maglio a 12-minutes drive away. And if they are up for something unique, then the Swiss Miniatur with the finely detailed miniatures are a 30-minute car ride from here.

For some city fun or a day trip, Ascona is a 1-hour drive from Palazzo dei Ulivi. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa Airport, approximately a 1-hour drive from this vacation rental near Lugano.Please note that the pool is open from the 14th of April 2023 to the 15th of October 2023
