Tucked away in the well-equipped condominium complex called Palazzo dei Ulivi, guests here can enjoy a truly peaceful break from their modern and busy city lives. The complex has an open swimming area surrounded by vast skies, towering lush mountains and the vibrant Ticinese sunshine. For lovers of tanning, there is also a wooden deck right next to the pool with sun loungers.

The big outdoors of the condominium are further complemented by a shared garden where guests can dine at their leisure either on the big terrace or under a soothing pergola. For those who are always on the lookout for meeting new people, the condominium has a very charming and luxurious common lounging as well as a dining area to unwind and socialise.

The mountain-view room is ideal to accommodate up to 3 guests and is located on the second floor. It has warm wooden interiors, big windows for plenty of natural light and a flat-screen SAT-TV to unwind. Guests will find a Nespresso machine to enjoy a cup of coffee anytime.

For added convenience, the complex offers delicious breakfasts at 16.5 CHF for adults and 10 CHF for kids (to be paid on the spot).

The condominium complex, Palazzo dei Ulivi, is completely immersed in nature and has a nice range of activities and fun things to do when enjoying your stay here. The shooting range is just a short 3-minutes drive away, a golf club is a 10-minutes drive away, meanwhile, for more nature-loving visitors, there are a lot of natural swimming areas in lakes nearby. At a 12-minutes drive, guests will find the natural Astano-See to cherish picnics and a refreshing dip in the summers!

For a facilitated self-serviced stay, guests can access the hypermarket an 8-minutes drive away. Hiking is also possible from the holiday getaway as the several marked trails of the magnificent Monte Lema and San Salvatore are half an hour’s drive from here. Meanwhile, for those looking to explore more, one of the must-visit attractions of Swiss Miniatur, perfect for children, is about half an hour’s drive.
