In the district of Rodas, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property, natural garden. Patio. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Steep, narrow motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m communal covered parking at 50 m.
