Very nice and friendly 3.5 room apartment in a sunny and quiet location in Rueras. The apartment has a separate entrance. Description Apartment: Large living room with well-equipped kitchen and dining area, TV, radio and DVD-player. 2 bedrooms: 1 room with double bed, 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower / WC.
From the living room you enter directly into the garden. Garden sitting, garden furniture and barbecue facilities available. The apartment has a parking lot. Further parking in front of the house available.
Kitchen and bathroom towels are available and included.
Flooring: carpets, Novilon and stone floor

Station of the Matterhorn Gotthardbahn can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. Shopping and Bogn Sedrun can be reached by car in Sedrun in about 5 minutes.
