The apartment has a living room (22m2) with satellite TV and an open fireplace (firewood is included), The furniture was completely renovated 3 years ago. The oak floors were also relaid.

The 15m2 balcony is very spacious.
In the basement there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a drying room and storage room for bicycles and skis etc.

The garage has a supply of fireplace wood.

The holiday apartment is located at the exit of the village of Ruschein in the direction of Ladir, at Via Principala 94 (last house on the right-hand side of the street, first floor). 

From the living room and from the balcony you enjoy a free view to the south towards Günerhorn, Valsertal and Piz Mundaun. The neighborhood has very little traffic and is completely quiet at night. A single garage is available and included.

The covered garage belonging to the apartment is on the same floor. Access is to the left around the house.
