At 120 m², it offers enough space and comfort for up to 2 couples or a family, including individual retreats for moments of peace and relaxation.

Inside, a large entrance area awaits you, which is not only functional but also inviting with a cloakroom, corner bench and table. For your convenience, there are two bathrooms - one with a shower, WC and washbasin and the other with a bathtub, WC and washbasin. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher as well as coffee machines for capsules and filter coffee, blender, fondue and raclette oven. A cosy living room with satellite TV and dining area provides the perfect setting for sociable evenings.

The outdoor area lets you experience the breathtaking mountain world up close. Enjoy the fresh air on the small roof balcony or relax in the garden seating area and sunbathing area in summer. There is storage space for winter sports equipment and bicycles, and there is room for your vehicle in 1 garage space plus 1 outdoor parking space.

S-chanf, with its 730 inhabitants, is not only known for its intact village centre and original charm, but is also an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and winter sports such as cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. Public transport and railway loading facilities for bicycles are in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the surrounding ski areas with their fine kilometres of pistes and the impressive cross-country ski trails offer a true winter sports paradise.
