Description of the holiday rental
Newly built house Derby is located in the center of town right on the ski slopes (ski-in/out) and in proximity of many popular restaurants. Located on the top floor (elevator available), the Derby penthouse apartment (*****) is a sleek and modern apartment for up to 4 people. It features a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (rainfall shower, WC, sink, hairdryer). The apartment has an open kitchen with dining area, living room with fire place and flatscreen-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, combi-microwave, oven, Bora induction stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set and raclette oven. Panoramic views from the private balcony and wireless internet available. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Private and heated ski storage facility is available in the building. Laundry room with washer and dryer is available in the building.
