Description of the holiday rental

5 room house Arnika is two-storey (approx. 90m2) in a two-family house; exceptionally pleasant room climate thanks to the installation of acoustic ceilings, three car parking spaces; large terrace with lots of sunshine and wonderful views; garden furniture and barbecue available; additional balcony; storage facilities for sports equipment; separate kitchen with oven, four hotplates, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, fondue and raclette; WC with shower; 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 double bed; lounge with sofa bed, living/dining room with sofa and dining area for up to 10 people, cosy pellet stove; washing machine, pets not allowed; non-smoking flat.

The house is well equipped for children. Children's bobsleighs and Davos sledges can be used.



The house Arnika is located in the picturesque village of Saas in the Prättigau, right at the entrance to the village in the direction of Klosters. When entering Saas from Küblis, it is the first street on the left and then the 2nd house on the left. The bus stop (Saas Ried) is 50 metres from the house and shopping facilities are 500 metres away. The Davos-Klosters region in the heart of the beautiful Grisons Alps offers a huge variety of leisure activities in both winter and summer. Ski holidays, family excursions, hikes, climbing tours, bike tours, etc.
