Small separate kitchen with oven, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom with tub, sink, and bidet. An outdoor car space. Laundry and ski room.

Chesa Quadratscha is located in a quiet and sunny location near the centre of Samedan. The house is nearby to shops and restaurants. The train station and bus stop are a 5-minute walk away.
