On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, which can be joined together. A modern bathroom with a shower is also available.
A highlight of the apartment is the private wellness area (85 m²) with a pool, sauna, shower, cooling pool, and a relaxation area on the gallery. Two garage parking spaces, a communal laundry room, and a storage room are included.
