Description of the holiday rental
Upscale holiday flat in the Appenzellerland. Ideal for hiking, relaxing and enjoying. The flat has recently been completely renovated and exclusively furnished. We completely replaced the living room furniture in June 2025. There is now a very good sofa bed with a 14 cm gel mattress in the living room.
Our traditional Appenzellerhaus is located in the middle of a wonderful landscape. Many wonderful excursion destinations such as the Säntis or Lake Constance are within easy reach. The flat has a separate entrance. The bedroom is equipped with a state-of-the-art box-spring bed. The flat offers space for a maximum of 4 people (double bed plus sofa bed): Rent, utilities, underground car park, visitor's tax, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, coffee capsules, use of washing machine/tumbler (in the flat). Private garden area with charcoal barbecue.
We offer the Oskar guest card. Our garage landlord Peter Sturzenegger (butcher's shop and Gasthaus zum Ochsen) covers the electricity costs for charging electric cars. You must bring your own charging cable and adapter (230 V).
